Repairs & Returns
Should you be unhappy with your J'tote purchase, you can return it for a full refund or store credit (less shipping and handling expenses). Returns will be accepted only for unused products in new condition with tags in tact. J'tote must receive the product within 30 days or less from the original date of our shipment to the shipping address (not the date of receipt) for us to issue a refund or credit. Orders purchased or shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada are FINAL SALE. J'tote reserves the right to decline a refund. Returns or exchanges not following our policy may be rejected or returned to sender at your own cost.
Please ship returns to: J'tote 1209 Arcadia St Austin, TX 78757 attn: Returns. Include the product in new condition and a copy of your receipt or your name, phone number, address, email address, and whether you want a refund or exchange. Mark the order number on the top exterior of your shipping box. For refunds, we will credit your card for the purchase less shipping. Note that this is done through our merchant account; we do not keep customer credit card information on file. If you return your purchase, please note: credit card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. International Orders
Please note, for international orders, customs fees and import duties are the recipient's responsibility.
Warranty
J'tote products carry a 1 year warranty protecting against manufacturer's defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse. For any warranty questions or returns, please contact us.
