"Derville" means "true desire."
Derville is created with laser cut hair-on-hide, designed to form beautiful floral motifs using the latest tannery technology. This truly special leather is teamed with dyed-to-match canvas in a rich forest green that will age beautifully and naturally. The fashionable and functional Derville is shaped like a messenger bag and is designed to be worn across the body for maximum comfort.
Inside Derville is a rich, forest green cotton lining of the highest quality, finished with a slightly waxy coat to allow for easy cleaning, and two specially-designed, large zipped compartments. In the front compartment is a cell phone pocket, several pen holders, a PDA or iPod pocket, "D" rings for keys and wallet, space for carrying your power supply, spare batteries, makeup, brush, and other "must-haves".
Also in the front compartment is a complimentary matching wallet (for the first 500 Derville purchasers only), L 7" X H 4.5", with spaces for bills, coins, credit cards, and makeup. The wallet has an attached clip and can be affixed to a "D" ring in the front compartment of the Derville.
In the rear compartment is a special section designed to hold file folders, writing pads, and other business paraphernalia. Furthest back is a zipped compartment with padded walls, padded flaps, and a Velcro closure to safely secure your laptop. In addition, 3 gel pads are strategically placed for maximum shock absorption. The compartment is easily zipped closed with a double-headed metal zipper.
On the outside of the bag is an internal zipped pocket in back and two roomy external pockets on either side, ideal for quick access to your cell phone, PDA, or iPod. The 40" to 51" padded cotton shoulder strap with rivet prongs can be easily adjusted for variable lengths. Small metal rivets have been placed at the bottom of the bag to protect the base. All metal hardware is an antique brass color and is lead-free.
